Built for growing Shopify brands

Level 1 enquiries, clearly bounded

Operational insight, not just replies

A clear operating boundary

A support layer,
not a black box.

The boundary is agreed before the first ticket. Repeatable work moves away from your team; judgement and commercial authority do not.

PACIFICDESK HANDLES

Repeatable Level 1 work

  • Order status and tracking enquiries
  • Pre-order and approved shipping questions
  • Returns and warranty intake
  • Approved FAQs and product information
  • Ticket tagging and recurring-theme reporting
01

Only approved answers, policies and workflows enter the queue.

YOUR TEAM KEEPS

Judgement and authority

  • Refund and compensation decisions
  • Warranty outcomes
  • Policy exceptions
  • Sensitive or high-risk conversations
  • Changes to commercial policy
02

Escalations arrive structured, documented and ready for a decision.

Start controlled

One queue. Thirty days.
A decision based on evidence.

The pilot is deliberately narrow. It proves the workflow before either side commits to a larger operating model.

01

Days 1–3

Map the rules

We document recurring enquiries, existing policies, decision rights, tone of voice and escalation risks.
02

Days 4–5

Approve the playbook

Your team reviews the scope matrix, escalation logic, ticket tags and the first response library before anything goes live.
03

Weeks 2–4

Run a controlled queue

PacificDesk handles the approved Level 1 scope. Decisions and exceptions return to your team with complete context.
04

Day 30

Review the evidence

We review ticket themes, escalation quality, response consistency and the operational case for continuing.

Evidence before promises

We learn the operation
before we touch it.

PacificDesk begins with an outside-in operational review. It is a practical way to show how we think before asking for system access.

01

Public-source review

We map visible customer journeys, policy friction and likely repeat-enquiry drivers.

02

Operational hypothesis

We turn observations into a proposed scope, ticket taxonomy and escalation model.

03

Controlled validation

Your team corrects the assumptions before any live customer work begins.

OUR PRINCIPLE

No admin access, performance claim or outsourced authority before the operating boundary is understood.

Founder-led by design

Close to the work.
Clear about the stage.

PacificDesk is an early-stage support operations service currently validating its model through tightly scoped pilot engagements.

Initial discovery, playbook design and quality control are led by founder Ivan Goncharov from Jakarta, with practical overlap across Australian business hours.

Straight answers

Before we talk.

01Is PacificDesk a traditional outsourced call centre?

No. PacificDesk is a tightly scoped support-operations layer. The aim is to remove repeatable work while keeping judgement, exceptions and brand-sensitive decisions with your team.

02Do you need Shopify or helpdesk access immediately?

No. Discovery starts with public information and the material you choose to share. Access comes only after scope approval, and only at the minimum level needed for the pilot.

03Can PacificDesk approve refunds or policy exceptions?

Not unless the brand has explicitly delegated that authority in writing. By default, those tickets are packaged with the relevant context and escalated for a decision.

04Who leads the initial engagement?

The initial pilot is founder-led. That keeps discovery, playbook design and quality control close together while the operating model is being validated.

Start with the operation

support layer could remove.

PacificDesk is preparing a small number of founder-led pilot conversations. The first step is a short operational review—not a sales deck.
